Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders placed after business hours begin processing the next business day.

  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain packaging to protect your privacy.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
