Hi, I’m Lisa Jo — a sex and relationship therapist, educator, and the founder of Lisa Jo’s Spot, a space built from both lived experience and deep professional passion.

My journey in sexual wellness began long before I launched my shop. As a therapist, I’ve spent years helping people untangle shame, understand their bodies, and discover what truly turns them on. Time and again, I saw how many individuals had never been taught the language of their own anatomy or given the safety to explore their pleasure without judgment. I knew I wanted to change that.

Recently, I attended a major sexual-wellness trade event, and it opened my eyes even further. I saw just how many safe, innovative, and beautifully designed products exist — tools that support connection, healing, embodiment, arousal, and confidence. Walking through that space was electrifying. I felt inspired, validated, and excited to bring that knowledge back to the people I care about most: the individuals and couples who want to explore pleasure without shame.

That’s how this shop was born — through connection, compassion, curiosity, and a desire to make pleasure education accessible for everyone.

As a clinician, I curate every product with intention. Safety, body-friendly materials, user-friendly designs, and trauma-informed choices are at the heart of what I offer. As a sex therapist, I bring the education, guidance, and evidence-based insights people need to feel empowered. And as someone who has lived through loss, resilience, and personal rediscovery, I know how healing it can be to reconnect with your body and your desires.
